This market runs along the Creek opposite Deira. The area is best known for its vast assortment of fabrics from the Indian subcontinent and the Far East. You can also see various jewellery stores and souvenir shops selling affordable memorabilia and gimmicks. The area is lively in the evenings, particularly on weekends. It also distinctly shows a different side to the city's posh retail centres it has become synonymous with.
