Ronda Locatelli is a contemporary restaurant helmed by the Italian Michelin-star chef Giorgio Locatelli, located at the luxurious Atlantis hotel, Palm Jumeirah.
Giorgio Locatelli was brought up in a village called Corgeno, up on the banks of Lake Maggiore in Italy. His family ran a Michelin-starred restaurant, which is where his appreciation and understanding of food derived.
His culinary talents have earned Locatelli a whole host of awards including 'The Birra Moretti Best Authentic Italian Restaurant Award' for Middle East and Africa as well as an enviable international reputation.
Warm and inviting, this rustic Italian restaurant blends the charm of rural Italy with modern Dubai. The restaurant is built around a large central wood-fired brick pizza oven and features authentic Italian cuisine from North and South Italy, but blended with exciting new flavours, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
With a menu suitable for families, dinners will be enticed by traditional Italian classics from handmade pizzas, pasta, fresh breads and al forno dishes. Try the fillet of Italian beef, dressed in a garlic salsa verde and the rosemary-infused roast potatoes.
